Hybrid identity, conditional access, MFA deployment, privileged identity management, external identity federation. Identity is the perimeter now - getting it right matters.
Infrastructure as Code
Bicep and Terraform for repeatable, version-controlled Azure deployments. Your client's infrastructure becomes an asset they can audit, redeploy, and change safely.
Azure cost optimisation
Right-sizing, reserved instances, orphaned resource cleanup, Azure Policy for cost governance. We've seen Azure bills that could be 40% smaller with a half-day review.

Client has ageing on-prem hardware and wants to migrate to Azure. We assess, design the landing zone, execute the migration, and document the new environment.
Microsoft 365 + Azure consolidation
Client is on M365 but Azure governance is a mess - multiple subscriptions, no policies, identity not configured properly. We audit and remediate.
New subsidiary or site
MSP needs to stand up Azure infrastructure for a new client entity or office location. We design and deploy the environment; you hand over the keys.

How a cloud project runs
Discovery (yours)
You run the client discovery call and brief us on what you've found. Environment details, goals, constraints.
Architecture and scoping
We design the target architecture and produce a fixed-price delivery proposal. Includes a high-level architecture diagram you can use in the client proposal.
Pre-migration assessment
For migration projects, we run an Azure Migrate assessment to validate scope before work starts. No surprises mid-project.
Phased delivery
Migrations are delivered in phases with sign-off at each milestone. Foundation first, then workloads, then cutover.
Handover and documentation
Architecture documentation, runbooks, and a structured handover to your support team. We make sure they can manage what we built.
